Home Learning 22 April 2020 - ANZAC Day

ANZAC stands for Australian and New Zealand Army corps. ANZAC Day 25 April is to celebrate soldiers that have fallen and served in all wars. It is important for us the celebrate it because Australia and New Zealand Soldiers gave there lives for us and there countries. I enjoyed look at this map and seeing where it was on the map.

  2. Kia ora Oliver, well done on getting this activity completed! You have done a great job sharing your knowledge about ANZAC day and why it is important. I agree with you, it is important for us to remember those who gave their lives and fought for us. It looks like a long way from New Zealand on the map, doesn't it? What do you think you might do at home for ANZAC day this year?
